 * Why do not extract links when on XML mode?
It wasn't necessary for my work. So I just didn't try to fix it. 

 * Can you post a pdf where ascent/descent limitation is needed?
I'm attaching a pdf. Convert it to xml or html with and without ascent/descent
limitation and compare both versions. Find for example "NVX3008PC". Without
ascent/descent limitation "NVX3008PC" merges with the following text '7"
Windows XP ...'. 

 * Can i get a name for the changelog?
Sorry. I didn't understand the question. Name of what ?
