Hello,
        Okular displays Courier in italic typeface, unlike KPDF, which
correctly displays in normal typeface.  I've reported this to Debian as well,
I'm not sure whose problem it is:

    I have a test pdf and png screenshots comparing Okular and KPDF output.

        Looking at the Font Properties dialogs, Okular and KPDF use two
different fonts for Courier:

Okular
Courier Type 1 /usr/share/fonts/X11/Type1/n022024l.pfb
OTJKZH+CMR10    Type 1C        Yes (subset)

KPDF
Courier Type 1 /usr/share/fonts/type1/gsfonts/n022003l.pfb
OTJKZH+CMR10    Type 1C        Yes
