test case

Attached PDF contains four homework problems, but in Evince it appears as only
the header and the numbers 1-4. The actual problem text is missing. Seems to be
a Poppler bug because other tools like pdftotext also ignore the text in
question.

pdfinfo says the PDF was produced by "Mac OS X 10.5.5 Quartz PDFContext"
