check for nanosleep() in a couple places, and add to X_EXTRA_LIBS

nanosleep() requires an extra library on Solaris (and maybe elsewhere).  Check
and add to X_EXTRA_LIBS, and link in X_EXTRA_LIBS with some of the tests.
