Patch file

Compiling the poppler source with gcc version 4.2.3 and the -pedantic flag on
GNU/Linux gives some warnings and a few error. I've attached a patch to correct
some of these.

The patch was produced with the trunk on Sept. 20 2008.

Fixed for poppler 0.9.2
