My version of patch says the first hunk of the most recent patch is malformed.
It looks like you're missing half a line or so including initializing a couple
variables. I've uploaded the version of the patch that seems to work on my
systems. I haven't looked into this in any real depth. Is this right? Or am I
just confused?
