Here now my path for colorizing imagemasks in pattern colorspace. I send it up
into three pieces:
1. Are the changes in Gfx to support colorizing masks
2. Are the enhancements for SplashOutputDev
3. Are the enhancements for PSOutputDev
I will send a URL for a sample PDF on monday
