Using cairo 1.8.6 and poppler 0.10.4 this is still a problem: A pdf-print of
one page from a 250 page pdf document with 4.5 MB generates a 2.1 MB file that
takes about 2-3 minutes opening until it appears in a good quality. Can anyone
confirm this?
