extracting images from pdf files using gimp (which uses libpoppler-glib in
plugin file-pdf) gives different (worse) results than using poppler cmd line
utils (pdftoppm). You can reproduce this with the file attached.

When using gimp (and with that libpoppler-glib), there are several graphics
missing on almost all pages. Whe using pdftoppm everything is ok. The gimp guys
say this seems to be a problem with the poppler glib stuff...

This bug is reproducable on poppler 0.10.4 and 0.10.5, but _not_ on 0.8.7
(tested on Gentoo Linux)
