Hello,

I'm working with 0.12.0 version. The attached file is failed to be rendered due
to absence of "Count" and "Kids" field at Catalog. According to the format,
thise fields are required, but both Adobe Reader and FoxIt reader are able to
render it. The file doesn't contains pages, just java script code for
OpenAction which is activated. Please, see attached patch.
