Wrongly-rendered PDF

Hi,
I need to generate every month on a french administration website PDF files to
give to people I employ.
The generated PDF files do not render completely properly in Okular, which uses
poppler as rendering lib, while they do in xpdf and acrobat reader : some black
marks, indicating the choice among options, are not rendered.
I'm going to attach a file for you to check by yourself.
