Problematic PDF

I've created PDF File in inkscape. It renders correctly and quickly using
poppler/cairo (Evince). When using Okular (or any other poppler/splash app)
rendering takes a lot of time and result is incorrect (only text is visible).

I think this issue may be related to bug 22128 and 17473, but I'm not sure, so
I submitted new bug. I've attached problematic PDF file.
