when compiling latest version of the patch, I see two warnings :

CairoOutputDev.cc:2021: warning: 'buffer' may be used uninitialized in this
function
CairoOutputDev.cc:2022: warning: 'stride' may be used uninitialized in this
function

as suggested by Vaclav, I might be worth adding this patch in 0.12 branch. I'll
push it in Mandriva cooker package, for more tests for now.
