patch to the current developer revision from git repository

If you extract a lot of images from a long document, you end up with a long
list of numbered image files without a clue, where the images originate.

I added an optional '-p' flag to pdfimages. With this you can choose to name
files: <fileRoot>-PPP-NNN.<type> where PPP is the page number on which an image
occurs.
