Summary: "pdftoppm -png" generated invalid images
           Product: poppler
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux (All)
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: medium
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: poppler-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: xuantinh at gmail.com

I use pdftoppm (with png support) to generate png files from a PDF file.
Pdftoppm worked fine on most of the file, but for some PDF files (eg. the one
attached to this bug report) caused problems:
-The PNG image generated from the first page is incorrect (it seems that the
first page is merge with the 20th page to create the PNG file).
-The PNG images generated from the 2nd, 19th, 21st are the same although they
are not the same!

I'm using poppler 0.14
