patch for poppler_page_get_size

poppler_page_get_size is missing some annotations which make it usable from
other languages (Python, in my case).

The attached patch adds the necessary annotations.
(side note: there's probably other annotations missing in other places,
I haven't bothered to go looking - this is just one which I needed)
