Hi, no, I don't consider the mails spam, from my point of view there is no need
to say the bug is still there if we did not close it.
On the other hand if we marked it as fixed and is still there it is very
important that you say it's not fixed for you and of course we would be very
interested if you see a bug fixed we did not mark as so :-)

Thanks for keeping up and sorry for not fixing your bugs, they are not that
easy to fix and we are all volunteer based so we do what we can.
