I am regtesting 32365 at the moment, it takes a while. About this one, it seems
a hotfix for your application which i don't think it's right to add to mainline
poppler.
If we can not aim at the correct fix (maybe PS can simply not do that?) the
second correct fix as far as i understand would be the PreScanOutputDev
detecting that situation and maybe depending on a command line output
 * a) returning an error
or
 * b) rasterizing the output
What do you think?
