I should have time to do that in a week or two.
Should it be a new entry or be attached to this one?

The patch https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32365 fixes the cases
for black and white masks, which affects the cases that PreScanOutputDev would
have to check for.  It would be easier if I could start with a version of
poppler with that patch applied.  Have you had a chance to review it?
