I found a PDF file at
<http://www.fontblog.de/wp-content/uploads/2010/fs_2010_apfeli_stat.pdf> it can
be viewed in evince and okular.

But the navigation does not work. In evince the pages on page 3 are not
clickable at all. In okular i can see buttons when I switch on the forms, but
then I see the thumbnails no longer.
