I will have another patch in a few days to make the rasterization resolution
settable on the command line.  PSOutputDev.cc sets splashDPI to 300, but some
of my files are printed on a press at 1024dpi and have text that looks bad when
rasterized at 300dpi.  Rasterizing at 1024dpi will make huge files, so I don't
want to hard-code it in PSOutputDev.cc, but it would be useful on the pdftops
command line.  It would also give people the option to rasterize at a
resolution lower than 300 if they wanted.
