When viewing PDFs the rendering is very slow. This occours especially when
zooming and panning.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get the PDF from
http://vrr.de/imperia/md/content/stadtlinienplaene/dortmund.pdf
2. Open the PDF (I'm using okular).
3. Try to zoom and pan.
