pdftohtml keeps forever looping with certain types of pdf.

Prints forever this error:

Error: read error: passed the end of the codestream (start = 30171824, current
= 30172754, end = 30172754

To reproduce the bug, simply pdftohtml the next command with the attached pdf:

pdftohtml pdffail.pdf


I can reproduce it with versions 0.14.3, 0.16.5 and 0.17.1.
