Okular rubbish rendering

Opening pdfs generated by some CAD software I get some texts printed as rubbish
under okular.
Intead of "fi <number> " texts I get random characters (not containing even
numnbers) and errors:
"Error: Unknown character collection 'PDFAUTOCAD-Indentity0'"
"Error: Unknown CID font collection, please report to poppler bugzilla."

xpdf renders nothing (empty space) and prints error:
Error: Unknown character collection 'PDFAUTOCAD-Indentity0'
Error: Couldn't find a font for 'ArialMT'

windows version complains about missing "ArialMT" font.

Is there any way to substitute missing ArialMT font and get rendered at least
numbers ?
