With the release of poppler 0.18.1, the soname was bumped from 18 to 19,
requiring a full rebuild of all software depending on it.

I don't see any reference to the reason for bumping soname for 0.18.1, the
soname was bumped when tagging 0.18.1 for release, so I guess there's not an
ABI change that requires bumping the soname.
