First of all, yes, I run a new regtest today and got the same strange changes.
But I'm not completely sure if it comes through the code changes by the patch
or if the rendering changes because there are any changes in code. Once again
You pick up a PDF which procudes tons of error messages like

Syntax Warning: Bad bounding box in Type 3 glyph

What is rendered if we get an error like this? I'll have a deeper look into it
tomorrow, but as I encountered You have already close the 0.21, haven't You? So
there is a lot of time looking into it, but isn't it a waste of time continue
working on this thread?
