Enable displayed chars to map to any number of text chars

It's tricky when the length of the ActualText does not match the number of
displayed glyphs.  This first patch modifies the TextWord, TextLine,
TextLineFrag, TextBlock, and TextPage classes to suport displayed characters
that can be mapped to any number of text characters.
