This is a dup for both poppler and gnome; that pdf was previously
reported as an example of a LiveCycle form which, while embedded
in a pdf, isn't really a pdf.

AIUI, ecmascript support will be a necessary but insufficient
requirement to support LiveCycle files.  And LiveCycle isn't —
again, AIUI — documented.
