Unfortunately, this bug is still present in Poppler 0.20.5 on Ubuntu 13.04.

When I open my test case (attachment 66101) in Evince and try to select the
"2m+α" part, it changes to "20+=" every time. Should I reopen this bug or file
a new one instead?
