After install "Microsoft core TrueType fonts" with rpm on
http://mscorefonts2.sourceforge.net/ 
or in Debian with: 
apt-get install ttf-mscorefonts-installer

this problem is fixed ! . 

So Acroread should have a handle to Microsoft fonts without fontconfig .
