The actual git master version of pdftocairo and pdftoppm crashes in
libopenjpeg.so.2 when rendering

Speicherzugriffsfehler (Speicherabzug geschrieben)

It seems to work in poppler/cairo (0.20.4), at least I can open it in evince
with that version!
