pdf with exactly 400ppi image

The image is not exactly 400ppi.

$ pdfimages -list page.pdf

In fact looking at the image matrix it has a 0.0475 degree rotation.

I've attached modified version of the file with the rotation removed and the
image resolution exactly 400ppi.
