cmyk tiff output

This patch extends pdfimages -tiff to write CMYK images as CMYK TIFF files.

If both -png and -tiff are specified, cmyk images are written as tiff and all
other image types are written as png. This has the advantage that it can easily
be seen from the file type whether it is a cmyk image.
