Sorry, remove the SplashOutputDev.h changes. Because I encountered problems
with the mode thinLinesShape I changed the default to test it with pdftopmm and
forgot to revert it.
The changes in Splash.cc were to fix that problem with thinLinesShape. The
changes are harmless, because this mode is queried in the if statement, and I
didn't want to open a new bug.
