Currently, evince and okular don't show files embedded with an attachment in
the attachment-list (in contrast to adobe reader), as they use the values of
poppler_document_get_attachments and poppler_document_has_attachments for that.
Though, file attachments are well supported.

Should these methods be adopted to list files in annotations as well or should
the frontend application merge those lists?
