[PATCH v4 5/6] Tagged-PDF: Expose the structure tree in poppler-glib

Update with two new functions to obtain form field objects from structure
elements of type POPPLER_STRUCTURE_ELEMENT_FORM:

- poppler_structure_element_get_form_field()
- poppler_structure_element_get_form_field_mapping()
