I've had to make a few changes to the pdftohtml code to suit my purposes. These
include:

  * correcting the rotation matrix normalization
  * including the transparency value in colours
  * outputting both stroke and fill colours
  * undoing the truncation of double values into integer values

The attached patches are based on the code from the 0.23.2 release.
