Try to avoid blackboxes

Sorry, I was little bit wrong: since the lines are not drawn by a really line
draw but by filling a rectangle of course looking at the line width makes no
sense. Therefore I changed it now and look at the bounding box of the
unadjusted xpath. This also changes the behaviour on zooming. We start with a
white box, and after zooming a while we get some thin lines and continuing
zooming the thin lines get lost again, we get the white box back.
I was wondering a little bit about that we get the white box back, but
comparing it with acrobat I see that acrobat has a simular behaviour. So it
seems that from one point on the rectangles and images overlaps so heavily that
the rectangles become unvisable.
I think, this new patch is now more acceptable, but still the changed effects
are only shown if the "Enhance thin lines" is switched on, either to solid or
to shape.
