PDF Test case

The document attached renders with Evince 3.4.0/Poppler 0.18.4.  The output in
the console (from poppler-glib) is:

Error (42926): Missing 'endstream'
Error (42926): Missing 'endstream'
Error (42926): Missing 'endstream'
Error (42926): Missing 'endstream'

However, with poppler-glib-demo from master (~0.24.2) does not render nor get
any information from the document.  The output in the console is:

Syntax Error: Missing 'endstream' or incorrect stream length
Syntax Error: Missing 'endstream' or incorrect stream length
Syntax Error: Missing 'endstream' or incorrect stream length
Syntax Error (216): Bad two dim code (-001) in CCITTFax stream
Syntax Error: Missing 'endstream' or incorrect stream length
