Hi, 

I am using Poppler version 0.24.5 on OS X Mavericks installed via Homebrew. 

I have a pdf that takes over four hours to raster with pdftoppm at a reasonable
resolution. I had a similar issue in the past that was fixed for a different
set of PDFs (thanks!).

The PDF data is sensitive, but I can e-mail it to an interested developer.
