Patch 1.

As mentioned in my email earlier
(http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/poppler/2013-December/010731.html), here
are a couple of patches to allow access to the additional actions that may be
added to form fields. I'm not tied to any enum names or anything, so feel free
to suggest any changes.
