I want to save PDF incrementally. Currently Complete PDF is saving which takes
much time by using following function.
int PDFDoc::saveAs(GooString *name, PDFWriteMode mode)

Is there any way to save PDF incrementally so that we can save updates PDF Part
Quickly?
