testcase

./utils/pdftoppm -png -cropbox -jpegcmyk testanzeige.pdf testanzeige 
or 
./utils/pdfimages -all testanzeige.pdf testanzeige
produces a very pale image for the attached PDF.
(poppler has to be compiled with SPLASH_CMYK defined for the pdftoppm testcase,
pdfimages need only lcms enabled!)
