Fix for xref table creation

Suggested fix: here is the line   "PDFDoc::writeXRefTableTrailer(trailerDict,
yRef, gFalse /* do not write unnecessary entries */," in pdfunite.cc

Change gFalse to gTrue fixes the problem.
