Make available additional actions of widget annotations

This patch adds poppler_form_field_get_annot_additional_action() which returns
the action that shall be performed when an additional action is triggered on
annotation related to given field.

This is needed for https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90982.

Btw, wouldn' it be better to use PopplerFormAdditionalActionType in the
previous patch instead of PopplerAdditionalActionType to differentiate between
different additional actions?
