Poppler fails to build in GNOME Continuous since commit:

With the error:

make[3]: *** No rule to make target 'FlateEncoder.cc', needed by
'libpoppler_la-FlateEncoder.lo'.  Stop.

Continuous builds Poppler with the flags:
