evince 3.18.2ubun amd64

Sorry if I've put the wrong component, I have no idea where it falls under.

Background: Originally, I came across this error because I've recently become
interested in transitioning to Ubuntu Linux. So naturally I have personal pdfs
which I want to open, that are password protected (sent from the bank),

Expected Result: Password should be accepted and the pdf should open

Actual Result: Despite entering the correct password e-vince acts as if the
wrong password was entered and asks again. (this is confirmed that it does not
happen in Windows)

I realised that there are actually 2 passwords for that document, one for
OPENING the pdf and another for EDITING the pdf. Still, neither work.

So obviously I can't submit sensitive docs, so I managed to make my own pdf
with the same kinda thing happening. I've attached one for you to try out.
