The problem is not the reconstruction mechanism in poppler, the problem is,
that the reconstruction mechanism is not called at all necessary places.

In this case the trailer, the catalog and the first page i.e. are okay, but
there are a lot of objects referenced, are in the PDF but not in the xref
table.

Therefore I think we should try to fix it.
