I built Poppler from current Git sources. According to the NEWS file, the
sources are after Release 0.42.0 (which seems to have happened yesterday).

Everything did build successfully -- but there is no `pdfsig` amongst the built
binary utils.

According to the 0.42.0 release notes there should be a new `pdfsig` util.
