Small PDF file in CMYK only

This small PDF file (that can be opened with a txt editor) is fully written in
one Color Space "CMYK" only, but pdftops inappropriately creates 4 occurrences
of the "/DeviceGray {} cs" in the converted PS file.

(pdftops version 0.41.0 on Ubuntu 14.04)
